Executive Chef, Diego Velasco and his culinary staff take great pride in preparing creative, fresh and mouthwatering cuisine. Menus include the American Regional cuisine served at the Memphis Group's three restaurants as well as box lunches, sandwich and salad trays and hot lunches geared towards the corporate client; creative and flavorful hors d'oeuvres, salads, soups, entrees and desserts; wine paired menus featuring wines and cuisines from around the globe; and custom designed menus to compliment any event.
Memphis Group Event Venues include Memphis Café, located in Costa Mesa's SoBeCa district, Detroit Bar, a 3800 square foot live music venue in Costa Mesa's 19 West district, Memphis at the Santora in the burgeoning Downtown Santa Ana Artists Village, and Memphis at the Beach in the heart of Manhattan Beach. In addition to these great venues, Memphis Catering & Events can provide full-service off-site catering at offices, private homes, schools, churches, parks or any desired location. |
